Walker River Resource Corp. is a Canadian based exploration stage company engaged in the identification & exploration of mineral properties with a focus on developing The Lapon Gold Project located 60 kms south of Yerington Nevada. The project consists of 147 claims or 2940 acres and is situated in the Wassuk Range, within the Walker Lane shear zone, a 100 km wide structural corridor extending in a southeast direction from Reno, Nevada known to host several large scale mining operations.
