Noble Closes Transactions with Canada Nickel

Toronto, Ontario – April 20, 2022 – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (the “Company” or “Noble”) (TSXV:NOB), (FRANKFURT:NB7), (OTC:NLPXF) announced that it has closed the  Sale Transaction and Option Transaction with Canada Nickel Company Inc. which were approved at the shareholders’ meeting held on March 14, 2022.
