Toronto, Ontario – April 14, 2021 – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (“Noble” or the “Company”) (TSXV:NOB) (FRANKFURT:NB7) (OTC:NLPXF) announced that it closed its previously announced earn-in transaction (the “Transaction”) with Canada Nickel Company Inc. (“Canada Nickel”) with respect to 39 mineral claims held by Noble in MacDiarmid and Loveland Townships, Ontario. (See Noble’s news releases of February 17, 2021 and March 8, 2021 for the terms of the Transaction and related information.) As a result of this closing, Noble has been issued 200,000 common shares of Canada Nickel, and all previously outstanding amounts due from Noble to Canada Nickel under a promissory note issued in June of 2020 are deemed repaid. Canada Nickel may now proceed to earn an interest in the subject properties by satisfying the conditions under the Option and Joint Venture Agreement.
